At Texas Saddlery, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
